The IceHouse Complex is a LEED Platinum Green project compromised of thirty-seven (37) residential Condominiums with a common area green roof as its focal point. The development is situated over a 32-space indoor parking garage and also includes one commercial space. The project is divided into three (3) phases of construction which vary in size and layout.
