Nestled in-between 17th & 18th on Sansom Street in Center City, the famous restaurateur, Susanna Foo returns to Philadelphia's food scene with SUGA. Months of structural work was completed to fit a state-of-the-art kitchen into the 1940 buildings base. The incredible bar and full wall art at the entry set the tone, in addition to upscale and immaculate finishes  throughout.  The restaurant is open now!
